Advent Calendar 2025—Natural #3

DKK 1,900.00
Sold Out

This year’s Advent Calendar is a limited-edition collection of small woven works of art. It was created in collaboration with weaver Karla Ravn and is designed to hold four bags of tea—one for each Sunday of Advent.

Each piece is woven in one of two colorways, with a distinct front and back — no two alike, each carrying its own quiet beauty. Beyond the season, it will remain a small piece of art on your wall, a quiet reminder of care and craft.

The pouches are handwoven in linen, with select pieces featuring small cotton details. Materials include carefully sourced recycled yarn and new yarn from local Swedish producers. The blue pouches are woven with loosely spun linen yarn for a soft, airy texture for aesthetic effect. All edges are hand-stitched with linen thread for durability.

To preserve their quality, wash by hand in cold water only, if needed.

The Advent calendar features four carefully selected teas from small producers in Kagoshima, Yame, and Uji—including one exclusive, brand-new tea not yet available in our webshop.

Each 50g pouch comes with a short introduction and brewing tips for the perfect cup.

Artist Karla Ravn
Karla Ravn is a Danish weaver who recently graduated from the Textile Program at Capellagården in Sweden. Her creative process focuses on working closely with natural materials, allowing patterns and structures to emerge organically throughout the weaving.

Karla aims to create handwoven textiles that are not only functional but also bring a sense of warmth and comfort to the home. Through her work, she seeks to form a connection with people, hoping that the visible traces of her hands offer a personal experience to those she may never meet.
