Organic Hachiju Hachiya Sencha, 50g
A blended Sencha made from first harvest, early-May Yabukita and mid-May harvested Okumidori. The tea is produced by Mr. Harashima in the hills of Yame, Fukuoka Prefecture.
In the Cup: A bright green tea with a deep umami and buttery, bean notes when brewed at lower temperatures—brewed at slightly higher temperatures this tea offers a rich and refreshing flavor.
Organic Karigane Sencha, 50g
A subtle and high quality organic Kukicha made from the blend of first harvest Sencha leaves and stems.
In the cup: A bright yellow liquor with sweet and floral notes. Ideal for enjoying on its own or with food. This tea is also highly recommended to be enjoyed as mizudashi (cold brew).
Hojicha - Sand Roasted Artisan Blend, 50g
A blend of first flush stems and Bancha leaves, harvested in the Kyoto region and sand roasted carefully according to artisanal production methods dating back to the Edo period. Hoijcha will enhance the flavors of any meal and can be enjoyed any time of the day due to its low levels of caffeine.
In the cup: the stems, once roasted, develop a warm, strong and inviting nutty aroma and the clear amber brew reveals caramel-like, toasted bread notes.
