A beautiful and light black tea from made by Mr. Miyazaki in Gokase, Yame. The tea is a blend of different cultivars using leaves that have not been shaded and were harvested mid-May before undergoing the process of wilting and fermenting.

  • Brewing suggestion
    Use 1 tea bag for 150-200ml ml water.
    1. brew: Water 100°C / 2-3min.
    2. brew: Water 100°C / leave tea bag in until your desired strength
