








Organic Three-Year Aged Bancha
In the cup: Mild and soothing with notes of toasted grains, earth, and subtle sweetness. Low in caffeine, smooth and gently roasted.
This Bancha tea is made from a blend of tea cultivars. Harvested in late October to early November, it uses the final, mature leaves and stems of the season. After harvesting, the tea is aged for three years to deepen its flavor profile. As the last step, it is carefully hand-roasted. Produced in Gokase by Mr. Miyazaki.

Bancha is best brewed in a small, preheated teapot and with full attention.
You can brew several times on the same leaves, adjusting the water temperature and brewing time.
Below a suggestion for brewing this tea, but please experiment and find your own favorite cup.
Use 6g for 300 ml water.
1. brew: water 100°C / 60 sec.
2. brew: water 100°C / 10 sec.
3. brew: water 100°C / 30 sec. -
